چکیده
Abstract Background Chemokine levels in severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients have been shown to be markedly elevated. But the role of chemokines mild COVID-19 has not yet established. According epidemiological statistics, most cases Shiyan City, China, mild. The purpose this study was evaluate level and explore correlation between host immune response. Methods In study, we used an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detect serum City. Expression chemokine receptors other signaling molecules measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results We first demonstrated that patients, both sever cases, are characterized higher chemokines. Specifically, monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) is expressed at COVID-19. receptor MCP-1, C-C type 2, patients. Finally, observed a significant negative expression interferon (IFN) regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) MCP-1 Conclusion Higher might correlated with inhibition IFN signaling. finding adds our understanding immunopathological mechanisms acute respiratory syndrome 2 infection provides potential therapeutic targets strategies.

Invasion of the corpus luteum by macrophages is a characteristic of luteal regression. Monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), a chemokine that recruits macrophages, is expressed in the rat corpus luteum where it increases in amount during luteolysis. In this study we examined the temporal and spatial expression of MCP-1 and changes in macrophage concentration in the human corpus luteum. Corpor...
متن کاملInterferon-γ Stimulates Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 Expression by Monocytes
Monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP-1) is a specific monocyte chemoattractant and activating factor produced by both immune cells (mononuclear phagocytes and lymphocytes) and non-immune cells (parenchymal and stromal cells). In order to define the conditions under which human monocytes express MCP-1, monocytes were exposed to IFN-gamma, IL- lbeta, TNF-alpha, IL-4 or PHA under serum free condition...
متن کاملAssociation of IFN-¹ Gene Polymorphism with Type 1 Diabetes in Iranian Patients
Background: Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is a chronic and progressive autoimmune disorder. Cytokines play a critical role in the pathogenesis of T1D. Objective: IFN-¹ polymorphism was investigated in T1D and compared with normal controls. Methods: Thirty patients suffering from T1D and 40 normal controls were studied simultaneously using PCR technique. IFN- ¹ gene was evaluated at position 5’UTR...
